What are the best types of red flowers to wear in my hair for a dance?

I'm going to a dance Ring (Kings Point academy military) in August ... I found a very elegant red dress to wear and I'm browsing around hairstyles. I'm Filipino and have the dark brown hair ... I think a small / loose bun with a sort of (red?) Flower in my hair, but do not know what kind of flower to use? ... all except pink - too common.

One red amaryllis, orchids, lilies or would be, if you can find them:) Or a poppy? The poppy can be a little less elegant, but idk if that's what you go in the first place. My favorite is the amaryllis and orchids, but orchids red really hard find and amaryllis bloom just ended ...
